Victra Sports is committed to creating a safe experience for everyone. These Child Safety Guidelines explain our approach to protecting minors and maintaining a respectful environment across our website and any related community features (the “Services”).
1) Age expectations
Victra Sports is not directed to children under 13.
If you are under 13, you may not create an account or use Services that require registration.
If you are 13–17, you may use the Services only if you can do so safely and in compliance with these guidelines and all applicable laws.
2) What we do to protect minors
We take steps designed to reduce risk and promote safety, including:
Limiting access: We do not knowingly allow accounts for children under 13.
Content standards: We prohibit content that exploits or endangers minors (see Section 3).
Reporting options: We provide a way to report safety concerns (see Section 6).
Action on violations: We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or report issues to appropriate authorities when required.
3) Zero tolerance content rules
The following are strictly prohibited on Victra Sports:
Any sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors.
Grooming behavior, sexual solicitation, or attempts to move minors to private/off-platform channels for inappropriate reasons.
Threats, coercion, extortion, or blackmail involving minors.
Harassment, bullying, hate, or targeting minors with abusive language.
Sharing or requesting personal information from minors (e.g., home address, school, phone number, private social accounts), or encouraging minors to share it.
Any imagery, links, or instructions that facilitate exploitation or harm of minors.
Violations may result in immediate account action and may be reported to relevant authorities.
4) Safety guidance for users (especially teens and parents)
If you are under 18 (or a parent/guardian), we recommend:
Do not share personal information (full name, phone number, address, school, or real-time location).
Be cautious with direct messages (if available) and avoid moving conversations to other apps.
Report uncomfortable behavior immediately, even if it seems minor.
Block and disengage from anyone asking for private photos, personal info, or secrecy.
5) Data and privacy for minors
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible.
Parents/guardians who believe their child has created an account or shared personal information can contact us (see Section 7).
